Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch.
• Must live near zip code 95206.
• Must have good admin and organizational skills.
• This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network.
• Transition rate upon full time hire to C will be $23.50 for qualified technicians.
• Please make sure you set that expectation up front.
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA s)
• Technician will travel to each client s location.
• Maintains, analyses, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server, and Printer
• Works under general supervision.
• Local Travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test & Background Check.
• A certification required within 6 months of hire.
